Dubbed the most anticipated album of 2010 by Jesusfreakhideout.com, American rock-band Fireflight returns to the music scene with For Those Who Wait, a collection of their best work to date.

What was lost in experience on the 2006 release of The Healing of Harms, and over-processed in 2008's Unbreakable, has been found in the 2010 release of For Those Who Wait.

Formed in a small Florida town, Fireflight has spent the past decade building an extensive fan-base through constant touring and a whole lot of airplay, landing them three #1 singles.

Following the success of their previous offerings, Fireflight had a lot to prove on this album, and wasted no time hitting the billboard charts with their new album's first single "Desperate."

While "Desperate" may not be the strongest sampling on the album, it does a solid job preparing fans for what is to come. Firing guitar riffs, a Fireflight staple, forceful drums and vocals fill the song. The lyrics touch on the desperation of a sinner and her need for dependency.

Touching on a softer side of the album, tracks "What I've Overcome" and "Name" do an amazing job showcasing the raw talent of lead singer, Dawn Michele. With the prominent over-processing that was used in the past thrown out the window, fans are finally able to hear the band they fell in love with originally.

Stand out track "You Give Me That Feeling," perfectly, illustrates the urgency found in the bands music and translates it into a sound. The track starts out with hard guitar and drums at a moderate tempo. Though the drums fade away for the bridge, they come to life within the song, providing a strong backbone. The guitars blend perfectly, and the song is faultlessly arranged.

However, it is the title track "For Those Who Wait," that cements the soon-to-be success of this album. The combination of instrumentation and lyrics truly "set your heart of fire."
